Loud Music

Avoid the Loud Music online shop from Denmark!!!
Loud Music in Denmark sent the wrong order, refused to correct their error, and refused a refund.
 Additionally their prices & shipping costs are exorbitant.
This is the only European shop with which I have ever had problems.
The "wonderful" staff at Loud seem to have a take it or leave it attitude which is not customer-friendly. 
 Update 22 Nov 2002: Loud has offered to take the order back and refund when received.
Based on their attitude and lack of reliability so far, I am not sure I trust them to do this.
