Time seems to be getting shorter with my new work schedule. Maybe Acidman was right about working a bar vs. blogging. I don't know about the vampire stuff though.
I think I'll break down and see Attack of the Clones tomorrow. I won't be dressing up or sleeping in a tent, but I am a fan...just have a realistic perspective.
Made it home in 1 piece tonight. Very busy with "Trivia Night" and an All You Can Eat Wing Special. Finally had the privledge to work with a certain young lady whom wears those low cut hip jeans. Just Damn!..good thing she waxes the bikini line. I'm not a grumpy old man, but I do think those jeans while seductive are not what a young women needs to wear. If only my wife knew....blood on the keyboard. Futhermore, that tattoo had to hurt! Just Damn! Of course being the smart ass that I am I just had to comment, "Damn girl. pull those pants up!" The response was of course laughter by all but the young "lady." She was mildly embarassed. Too bad...she was looking for attention and got it.
Work update...One of the servers is a guest of Gwinnett Co. in the evening times. Seems like he doesn't know how to write That check...you know the one...to the old ex-wife. I can't understand if you are behind in child support, then how can jail..er involuntary housing help you pay the debt. Isn't that a kin to debtors prison. Anyway, after several months, the server earned the right to "work release". He now works double shifts 6 days a week and sleeps courtesy of the county. The 7th day he has to spend at the county housing facility. As a manager, it's great because I know he will show up for work everyday. On the other hand, I can't help but think how shitty it is he has to stay in jail because his ex-wife and the State deems it nessessary.
Working hard, surfing the web, and not posting. All is not lost! I have caught up with all the TV I've missed while working and not missing those time kill shows. I'm really tired of the Bill O'Reilly / Drudge debate. I am leaning toward Drudge though. After all, he did break the "Monica" story, and he is an internet geek like us.
I am still trying to find some direction to this blog. I like to keep up with the Gutman and Long Hair, but don't want to work that hard on the site. Furthermore, I'm not that funny. I mean I have my moments but let's face it. Humor escapes my keyboard.
I have gotten into Trading Spaces lately. Cool show but a bit "staged" for a reality show.
