Debut: Jeff Fahey stars as Winston MacBride, a fugitive-chasing Deputy U.S. Marshal who "has never let one get away." His quarry in the opener; a one-time radical activist (Laura Johnson) wanted for a 1970 draft-board killing. She has been "very good at the art of not existing" for almost 25 years, but MacBride catches her easily. Perhaps too easily.
